Sound Care Wellness is a not for profit organization whose mandate is to empower the vulnerable peoples in the racialized, black, immigrant and refugee communities by providing access to mental health support services, education, employment support and newcomer settlement services.
We strive to ensure that seniors, youths, children, women and families are supported in critical areas of their lives for an optimal wellbeing.

Sound Care Wellness remains committed to the Mental Welling of all and continues to provide services to support this in a modified and safe manner.
To mitigate the spread of Covid19 virus and to protect our clients and employees, Sound Care Wellness is following all directions by the province of Ontario which can be found at

Most services have moved to online platform: These include all trainings and workshops.
All personal support services are being offered on a priority based system to ensure no one goes without the essential services they require.
FREE INCOME TAX CLINIC
Trained CVITP Volunteers, organized through the Canada Revenue Agency's Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), will prepare basic income tax returns for individuals with low to moderate income and/or for those who meet other qualifying criteria.
